Neroli Essential Oil

Neroli oil is an essential oil produced from the blossom of the bitter orange tree (Citrus aurantium subsp. amara or Bigaradia).

Neroli oil has potent anti microbial and anti inflammatory properties. It is used to treat acne. Bacteria such as the Propionibacterium acnes are a major factor in the development of acne. Because these are becoming increasingly resistant to traditional treatment methods, essential oils such as neroli oil are considered a promising alternative.
It may also be added to massage oils, hair care products and skin care products.
