Refund policy
We have a no return policy for all items sent and or delivered in good condition and with no issues.
However, returns may be initiated if the item has a defect or it is a wrong item sent. SKYN Botanics needs to be informed immediately, and you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must apply.
The item sent has a defect
The item sent is in the wrong size
The item sent is totally wrong
The item must not have been opened
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made to correct a wrong or defective order. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Kindly note that in the event of refunds, the value of returned items will be used as store credit and can be used to purchase other items.
