How to Use:

Basic Shampoo/Body Wash Recipe:

1. Heat distilled water to room temperature or slightly warm
2. Add primary surfactant (SLS, SLES, or SCS) at 10-20%
3. Add CAPB at 5-15% concentration for foam boost and mildness

5. Add conditioning agents, oils, or extracts as desired (2-5%)
6. Add preservative (0.5-1%) and fragrance oil (1-2%)
7. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.5 if needed
